Student Management & Academic Progression Portal
The Student Management & Academic Progression Portal is an official enterprise web application developed by Sharjah Malayali Samajam. Its core purpose is to provide a unified cloud workspace where teachers, administrative staff, coordinators, and parents manage student admissions, track classroom and youth festival attendance via encrypted digital ID QR codes, record grading evaluations, and monitor academic progression across our 4-Stage Malayalam Diploma curriculum.
യുഎഇയിലെ കേരളീയ സമൂഹത്തെ പിന്തുണയ്ക്കുന്നതിനായി 2006-ൽ രൂപീകൃതമായ ഒരു പ്രമുഖ ലാഭരഹിത, രാഷ്ട്രീയേതര സാംസ്കാരിക സംഘടനയാണ് ഷാർജ മലയാളി സമാജം (SMS). വെറും 36 സ്ഥാപക അംഗങ്ങളുമായി ആരംഭിച്ച ഈ സംഘടന, ഇന്ന് 450-ലധികം കുടുംബങ്ങളടങ്ങുന്ന ഒരു വലിയ കൂട്ടായ്മയായി വളർന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞു. കേരളത്തിന്റെ പൈതൃകം നിലനിർത്തുന്നതിനും, ഓണം പോലുള്ള ഉത്സവങ്ങൾ ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നതിനും, കലയും കായികരംഗവും പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും, കാരുണ്യ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ നടത്തുന്നതിനുമുള്ള ഒരു പ്രധാന കേന്ദ്രമായി ഇത് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നു.
Students progress through four distinct academic stages upon clearing the respective diploma assessments.
The primary, foundational course designed for beginners and young children.
Focuses on improving conversational fluency, basic Malayalam grammar, sentence construction, and short storytelling.
Advanced vocabulary acquisition, prose comprehension, basic poetry appreciation, and structured essay writing.
The final stage emphasizing complex classic literature, comprehensive grammar, cultural studies, and public speaking.
